Four things, done properly
Server management
Patching, hardening, and day-to-day administration so nothing sits on an unsupported kernel for two years.
Monitoring & alerting
Dashboards and alerts tuned to catch real problems — not to page you at 3am for noise.
Deployment automation
Repeatable, auditable release pipelines. No more SSH-ing in to run a script by hand.
Cloud migrations
Off a single box, off a provider you've outgrown, planned and executed with minimal downtime.
A few things we've shipped
Zero-downtime migration off a single VPS
Moved a 12-service stack onto a properly separated environment with no customer-visible downtime, over a planned two-week window.
Deploy pipeline overhaul
Replaced a manual, error-prone release process with a pipeline the whole team trusts enough to ship on a Friday.
Monitoring built from nothing
Stood up alerting and dashboards for a team that previously found out about outages from their customers.
Security baseline rollout
Brought a fleet of long-lived servers up to a consistent hardening baseline without a single unplanned reboot.
A couple of quotes
"They found and fixed three things we didn't even know were broken in the first week."
"Communicated clearly, didn't oversell scope, and the pipeline they built is still running two years later without us touching it."
Common questions
Do you work with teams that don't have any of this in place yet?
Most of them don't. Starting from nothing is often easier than untangling years of accumulated workarounds.
What size of team do you usually work with?
Anywhere from a two-person startup to an engineering org of a few hundred. The approach scales down more easily than it scales up, so we keep engagements scoped to what actually fits the team.
Do you take over on-call permanently?
Not by default. Most engagements end with your team fully able to run what we built. Ongoing coverage is available for teams that want it, but it's never the only option.
Have an infrastructure problem you keep putting off?
Most engagements start with a short review. Read more about our services, meet the team, or go straight to getting in touch.
