Between the three of us, we've worked inside eleven different companies. The infrastructure problems were never really about the technology. They were about timing: nobody has the bandwidth to fix the deploy process while also shipping features, so it never gets fixed until it actively breaks something.
We started Mega2580 Solutions to be the outside capacity that makes that trade-off unnecessary. Not a staffing agency, not a managed hosting company — a small group of people who've carried production pagers, brought in for the specific weeks when infrastructure needs real attention.
We're starting deliberately small: the three of us, no plans to scale into an agency with account managers between us and the work. If that changes the shape of what we can take on, that's a trade we're making on purpose.
